Men arrested for stealing $50K of cigarettes

Guam - Two men were arrested for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 worth of cigarettes. George and Kelvin Cruz both face charges of burglary, theft of property and theft of a motor vehicle.  The two are accused of stealing a Mid-Pac van from a Dededo store.

The van contained 1,200 cartons of cigarettes, $10,000 in cash and checks and a cell phone. Surveillance video caught the pair driving off with the van.

The two are accused of selling the cigarettes and bragging about the burglary. They were  booked and confined.
