Guam - The JFK Islanders are in the clear (at least for Phases I and II of the new and improved campus). Department of Public Works Deputy Director Carl Dominguez says the school received its conditional occupancy permit this afternoon and collateral equipment may be moved into classrooms.

According to International Bridge Corporation vice president Miguel Bordallo, the campus is still a construction site and a safety plan is in effect. A safety briefing for Department of Education personnel is scheduled for Friday.
