Guam - Police arrest 32-year-old Ryan B. Pangelinan of Dededo on charges of manslaughter and negligent homicide in connection with the off-roading death of 11-year-old Daniel Hattig Torre of Yigo.  The boy was riding in the bed of a 4-x-4 pickup in Manenggon Hills last weekend when he fell off and the truck rolled over him. 

Funeral services were held for Torre yesterday.
