Guam - With the start of school a little over two weeks away, the JFK islanders are still waiting to move in to their Upper Tumon campus. International Bridge Corporation vice president Miguel Borallo says they are still waiting for the final clearance from the Guam Environmental Protection Agency before they can acquire temporary occupancy permits for Phases I and II of the new school.

Bordallo hopes to get the clearance by tomorrow so the transition from Tiyan to Upper Tumon can start Wednesday.
