Guam - At the request of Simon Sanchez High School administrators inspectors from Public Health paid a courtesy visit to the Yigo campus today. According to Environmental Health Administrator Tom Nadeau the school is hoping the agency will approve a proposal that would cordon off a portion of the campus where the roof is leaking making it inaccessible to students. The plan is under review.

The Yigo school was shutdown more than one month ago after repeat violations. In order for it to reopen it must pass a re-inspection and with the start of the new school year more than two weeks away, there's not much time left.
