Won Pat only submitting written testimony

Guam - Speaker Judi Won Pat wasn't on any of the lists to testify on either H.R. 44 or the Consolidated Natural Resources Act dealing with the Guam CNMI visa waiver program. Guam Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo's office was working to have her included on the witness panels, today however they regret she was only invited to give written testimony on both measures.

The final decision on who is on the witness panel is made by the committee's leadership.
