Guam - One of the five people indicted for the murder of Yona resident Vince Peredo pleaded guilty to aggravated murder as a first degree felony. As part of a plea agreement with the Attorney General's Office, 20-year-old Cal-Jerome Delorie agreed to cooperate against his co-defendants.
In March of last year Delorie along with Derrick Cruz, Darren cruz, Zared Lizama and Shayne Terlaje are accused of entering Peredo's home, beating him, leaving him to die and stealing bags of marijuana. The AG may reduce the charge to murder with the possibility of parole after 15 years.
The other co-defendants are scheduled to appear back in court on August 25 for a continued criminal trial setting.
