Mesgnon trial scheduled for September

Guam - Former Department of Youth Affairs youth services worker Joseph Mesgnon will go to trial in September. He pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of providing sexual favors and providing tobacco products to clients at DYA. 

Jury selection and trial are scheduled to begin on September 19.

Mesgnon is now employed at Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr.'s office.
