By KUAM NewsGuam - Several people were indicted by a superior court grand jury, including Eddie and Josephine Castro. Both were indicted on charges of hindering apprehension and theft by receiving stolen property they are the guardians of Francis Taisacan who also has been indicted along with Derek Santos. The two were indicted for second degree armed robbery.
The charges stem from the robbery of several establishments such as Mermaids Tavern, High 57 Club Lounge and Ebenezer Store in Yona.
And finally also in our court file Arnold Maanao was indicted for several possession and importation charges. It was in late June he was caught trying to smuggle in more than 200 grams of marijuana through the mail.
