Guam - Tina Marie Silva pleaded not guilty in the District Court today to conspiracy, possession and distribution of methamphetamine. Silva is accused of sending approximately 100 gross grams of crystal methamphetamine divided into 24 individual packets from California to William Quenga.

In June of this year, postal inspectors executed a search warrant at Quenga's residence in Yigo and found various drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, a small amount of marijuana and ice. Both were arrested and Silva admitted to sending multiple packages of the drug Ice through the mail before she arrived on Guam.

Silva is scheduled to go to trial on September 8 and was remanded to the custody of U.S. Marshals.
