Guam - Hoping to reinforce its no tolerance policy for motorists driving under the influence and ensuring motorists are abiding by the rules of the road, the Guam Police Department warns the public that it is stepping up its enforcement efforts. DUI checkpoints will be held weekly beginning tonight and Friday.

Patrol officers will also be setting up speed traps during the day to ensure you are buckled up, driving the speed limit, and complying with rules of the road. The checkpoints will begin at eight o'clock and run until six o'clock the following morning.
