Guam - The Guam Fire Department is extinguishing a blaze in Dededo that was reported off of Ysengsong Road at an abandoned building. Agency Spokesperson Captain Andy Arceo says the call came in just after 8 o'clock on Sunday night. 

The blaze was located at a concrete, abandoned structure at the former staff housing facility in the northern village.
