5 nominated to be next Superior Court judge

Guam - The results are in…five people are on the short list for recommendation to serve on the bench. The Guam Bar Association has released the result of a survey of its membership of potential nominees they feel qualified to sit as a judge in the Superior Court of Guam. Topping the list at number one: James Canto II, (2) Elyze McDonald Iriarte, (3) Linda L. Ingles, (4) Dana A. Gutierrez, and (5) John Weisenberger. The survey results will be transmitted to the Governor. As we reported Judge Steven Unpingco is retiring, leaving a seat open in the court.
