Surveillance cams catch man breaking into cars

John Joseph Manibusan was found in possession of crystal methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia as well as a laptop that had been stolen from a car earlier that evening.

Guam - Police were able to nab an individual suspected to be responsible for several car breakin's during a traffic stop over the weekend.  John Joseph Manibusan was found in possession of crystal methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia as well as a laptop that had been stolen from a car earlier that evening. 

According to court documents, Manibusan was also caught on surveillance camera trying to break-into vehicles at the Hilton Hotel and the parking lot of Ocean Plaza. Manibusan, who was on pre-trial release in an unrelated criminal case, was arrested on numerous charges to include burglary to a vehicle, theft of property, and possession of a controlled substance.
