Professor Steven L. Schooner will be the featured speaker.
He is the Nash & Cibinic Professor of Government Procurement Law and Co–Director of the Government Procurement Law Program at George Washington University in Washington D.C., and a world–renowned expert on procurement law, practice and policy.
The two day seminar is being held at the Marriott.
