Gines indicted for terrorizing, assault

Guam - 27-year-old Peter John Gines has been indicted by a Superior Court grand jury. Authorities were searching for him earlier this month. He was indicted on charges of terrorizing, assault and family violence.

Gines is accused of slapping a woman in the face several times and threatening to kill her.
