Vigilantes charged for beating sleeping man

Guam - Two brothers who took the law into their own hands were indicted on a slew of charges. Anthony and Allan De Venencia are accused of breaking into a Dededo home and beating a man with a metal pipe while he was sleeping and then kidnapping him.

The brothers claim the victim had burglarized their home and they were taking him to the police. The De Venencias' were indicted on several charges including kidnapping, burglary and aggravated assault.
