Parole violator charged with terrorizing, assault
Peter John Gines has been charged with terrorizing, assault, family violence and faces a special allegation of using a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Remember that guy we told you about last week wanted by DepCor for violating his parole? Well, 27-year-old Peter John Gines was found and was magistrated. He's been charged with terrorizing, assault, family violence and faces a special allegation of using a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
The charges stem from two separate incidents. The first: for punching a man outside a Tamuning restaurant and then leaving. The second: for slapping a woman in the face several times and threatening to kill her.
