Man arrested for alleged CSC

Guam - 47-year-old Paul Young Kim was arrested on allegations that he sexually molested a female minor known to him for several years. According to court documents, the teenage victim ran away from her home and later told police Kim allegedly did sexual things to her when she was 12 and 16 years old.

The magistrate's complaint states Kim denied touching the minor and told authorities that she was lying. Kim was charged with four counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony.
