Shipyard alleges non-payment for damages

According to a complaint filed in the District Court, Shipyard claims breach of contract, alleging the companies did not make payment of damages the Shipyard incurred to resurface the dry dock.

Guam - Guam Shipyard is seeking $6.8 million along with an additional $394,000 from Zurich American Insurance Company and Starr Indemnity and Liability Company following January's sinking of the dry dock Big Blue.

According to a complaint filed in the District Court, Shipyard claims breach of contract, alleging the companies did not make payment of damages the Shipyard incurred to resurface the dry dock.
