Man jailed for sex with minor

Guam - A 19-year-old man is behind bars after he allegedly has sex with a minor. Police say Jon Eugene Michael was arrested after being accused of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.

He was booked and confined on charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, and jurisdiction over an adult.
