Judge to get update on API case

Guam - District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall is expected to get an update on the government's compliance with an amended permanent injunction.  The federal management team is set to meet with the judge tomorrow to outline the work they've performed over the last few months and the progress the Government of Guam has made in providing care to individuals with disabilities.
