Guam - A pair of bills that are aimed at protecting the island's children have been signed into law by Governor Eddie Calvo. Bills 101 and 102 would prohibit convicted registered sex offenders from going on to various social networks.

The bills' author, Senator Tony Ada, told KUAM News, "Anything that our children are able to access, we want to make sure that these sexual predators are not able to communicate or engage with them in any way and that's what these two measures provide."
