Guam - Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo is back in DC after spending five days on a fact-finding mission to Israel, Afghanistan and Germany. The congressional delegation was led by Congressman Randy Forbes of Virginia, and also included Congressman Randy Hultgren of Illinois, and Congressman Mark Critz of Pennsylvania.

The congressional delegation met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. Ambassador to Israel James B.
