Guam - The Guam Waterworks Authority's new general manager is expected to be introduced to the public this week, as chief engineer Martin Rousch was selected to lead the utility agency. The final touches are being placed on his contract and the Consolidated Commission on Utilities is scheduled to have a press conference sometime this week to introduce him and allow him to speak about his goals for the agency.

Rousch is familiar with the operations of the utility as well as the infrastructure needs as required by the ongoing stipulated order.
