Guam - The Department of Administration is refuting allegations that test documents and results are being fixed for the Guam Fire Department Recruit Exam. An anonymous e-mail sent to DOA staff and KUAM News alleges several individuals were given the tests weeks in advance, and that agency testing staff will be given to a payoff to change test scored.

DOA has about 800 scheduled applicants. However, DOA Acting Administrator Rose Cruz says after looking into the allegations, she concludes that none of her staff tampered with the tests.

Cruz says her staff conducts the testing at the highest of standards, and will not succumb to such actions being alleged.
