Woman, minors apprehended after theft

A 35-year-old Yona woman and two female minors were apprehended after a theft at the G-Square Fish Store in Mangilao.

Guam - A 35-year-old Yona woman and two female minors were apprehended after a theft at the G-Square Fish Store in Mangilao. Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says Redina Perez allegedly walked into the store and sought assistance at the back of the store while two minors that were with her stayed at the front. 

The two female minors allegedly stole a purse and ran out of the store and into Perez's vehicle. Police later located the three that were in the car with a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old baby.  Perez was arrested with conspiracy to commit theft, theft by receiving, child abuse, jurisdiction over an adult, and destroying evidence.

The 16- and 13-year-old females were ordered to appear before the Juvenile Investigations Section at a later time.
