Woman accused of giving herself raise

Guam - A 26-year-old Yona woman was arrested accused of giving herself a raise.  Royal Orchid Hotel's payroll manager returned from leave and discovered that an employee had increased her pay from nine to $40 an hour. Eileen Joanne Quitugua was arrested and charged with theft of property held in trust and conspiracy to commit theft. 

Quitugua allegedly told her employer she needed the money for medical reasons, but police say an investigation found her claims to be false.
