Guam - Hoping to craft legislation that will ensure future elections on Guam are efficient, fair and reliable, the first meeting of the Election Reform Advisory Group met yesterday. Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. says the mission of the task force is to identify ways to restore the public's confidence by providing a detailed set of recommendations for future election reform legislation.
Attorneys Fred Horecky and Thomas Fisher and University of Guam professors Mary Cruz and Dr. Michael Stoil are among the members of the task force that will continue to meet to discuss what areas of Guam's elections need reform.
