Tumon lifeguard accused of sexual conduct
A lifeguard assigned to Ypao Beach in Tumon was arrested accused of being too friendly to a beachgoer.

Guam - A lifeguard assigned to Ypao Beach in Tumon was arrested accused of being too friendly to a beachgoer. According to court documents, a woman reported to police that Christopher James Benito offered to take photos of her and then got into the water with her to swim.
It's alleged that Benito inappropriately fondled the woman while in the water and she reported the incident to prevent anyone else from becoming a victim.
Benito denied the claims and was charged with fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.
