Man accused of setting own house on fire

Guam - A Dededo man is behind bars accused of intentionally setting his house on fire. The Guam Fire Department was called to a blaze at a residence along Nevermind Road on Saturday evening.

Family members told authorities that they found Ben Hartman inside a bedroom holding a lighter watching a fire he'd set in the room.  Hartman allegedly said he wanted to burn the entire house down.  Police arrested him and charged him with aggravated arson.
