By KUAM NewsGuam - Rudy Sablan is scheduled to go to trial at the end of the month. A warrant was executed by federal and local authorities at his Dededo home last month. Marijuana plants, a glass pipe, more than a dozen firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition as well as $16,000 in cash were seized during the raid.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is scheduled to appear for his jury trial on May 31 before Superior Court Judge Michael Bordallo.
