Suspicious device found at Cabras
The road leading into the Cabras area has been closed off to traffic as officials investigate an unidentified explosive device found across from the Guam Power Authority.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The road leading into the Cabras area has been closed off to traffic as officials investigate an unidentified explosive device found across from the Guam Power Authority. According to Port General Manager Pedro Leon Guerrero, traffic going in and out of the area has ceased until the Guam Office of Civil Defense/Homeland Security and EOD officials give the all clear.
