Rahmani submits response to committee

Guam - Healthcare Committee Chair Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. is ready to move forward with the nomination of Dr. Kia Rahmani to serve on the Guam Board of Medical Examiners. At the beginning of the week the physician's nomination was placed on hold until he submitted a response to allegations that were made against him by former GBME chairman and Guam Medical Society President Dr. Jerone Landstrom, who was the only person to testify against Rahmani's confirmation. 

According to Rodriguez, his response will be added to the committee report for his colleagues to review and make a determination on how they will vote.
