Kmart employees indicted for alleged theft

Frances Esperon Quitugua, Christine Sablan Cruz and Angela Hara Sablan were indicted on charges of theft of property at a 3rd degree felony and theft of property as a misdemeanor.

Guam - Three women were indicted for their part in an alleged theft at Kmart. According to court documents, the suspects are employed at the store. Frances Esperon Quitugua, Christine Sablan Cruz and Angela Hara Sablan were indicted on charges of theft of property at a 3rd degree felony and theft of property as a misdemeanor.

Court documents indicate the women were caught on video footage allegedly taking more than $300 from a wallet in the lost and found department. 

The women are also accused of allegedly creating a fake receipt for disbursement to a customer in the amount of $600 and keeping the money for themselves.
