Guam - The case involving the Guam Baseball Federation's funds is preparing to go to trial. Judge Michael Bordallo has scheduled a pre-trial conference for this Friday.

The Government of Guam wants former GBF president Mark Charfauros to give a complete accounting of the organization's monies, but Charfauros is currently off-island. Assistant Attorney General Bill Bischoff says he wants to know where the money went as an Office of Public Accountability audit conducted back in 2006 attempted to locate the funds and also raised concerns about the lack of accountability.

The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11am Friday.
