GMH appointees recommended to confirm

Guam - The next time the Guam Memorial Hospital's board of trustees meets they might actually be able to officially act and vote on measures and requests before them.  In March the governor using his Organic Act authority, empanelling several members to serve: Lee Webber, Dr. Edna Santos, Frances Mantanona, Dr. Ricardo Terlaje, Michael Limtiaco, and Albert Gurusamy.

On session floor this morning lawmakers approved moving their appointments to the voting file with a recommendation to confirm.
