Affordable Housing Symposium upcoming
Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority executive director Marcel Camacho gave Guam Chamber of Commerce members today a heads-up about the upcoming Affordable Housing Symposium.

"The task force is looking at solutions and those solutions include collaborations and partnerships with private sectors in order to continue the development of affordable homes here on Guam," he explained.
The conference is being sponsored by GHURA, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development. The symposium will be held at the Hyatt Regency Guam on June 2 and 3.
A recent report indicated that homes on Guam are becoming increasingly unaffordable.
