Student accused of drugs maintains innocence

Guam - 18-year- old Southern High School student Clayton Peredo pleaded not guilty in court today. He was busted for possessing marijuana on campus. He was ordered to stay away from school and was appointed a public defender.

He was released on a $10,000 performance bond and was placed on a strict curfew that he must be home from 6 at night until 6 in the morning. He's scheduled to back in court for a criminal trial setting on May 17.
