Guam - Rudy Sablan was arraigned in the Superior Court of Guam today. A warrant was executed by federal and local authorities at his Dededo home earlier this month. During the raid several items were seized including 15 marijuana plants, a glass pipe, digital scale, wireless cameras, 18 firearms some with serial numbers scratched off, more than 300 rounds of ammunition and $1,600 cash.

Also confiscated was a shipping and storage container bearing a Guam Police Department property label. Sablan pleaded not guilty to the charges contained in his indictment and asserted his right to a speedy trial.

A criminal trial setting has been scheduled for May 3.
