Man indicted for death of two passengers

52-year-old Timothy Achanto was indicted by a superior court grand jury for the deaths of two of his passengers who were riding in a pickup truck he was driving on New Years Day.

Guam - 52-year-old Timothy Achanto was indicted by a superior court grand jury for the deaths of two of his passengers who were riding in a pickup truck he was driving on New Years Day. Toma Kapua and Murphy Sewell both died from head injuries they sustained in the crash.  Achanto was indicted on two counts of vehicular homicide as well as driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. 

He is scheduled to be answer to the charges on May 4 before Magistrate Judge Alberto Tolentino.
