Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo acknowledged the problems the Judiciary is having with receiving its allotments but also said it's a problem throughout the government that he plans to address. He said, "There has been in the past a shortfall in the providing of those allotments so we're going to see what we can do to assist them, but we're having these issues not only with the Judiciary but in other areas.

"You look at the police department the fire department, other critical areas there is all the same tune that in order to provide these services there is a need for additional resources. That's something I hope to work with the legislature to see how we can be creative to find these means to provide them those resources so they can provide for their mandates."
