Guam - A 23-year-old man was booked and confined after he allegedly got a 15-year-old minor high off marijuana and then allegedly engaged in sexual activity with the teen. Court documents state Edgardo Valdez Imperial picked up the victim from her home after informing her parents that he was going to take her to a Tahitian dance show.

Documents go on to state Imperial instead allegedly took her to his house where they smoked marijuana. Imperial is then accused of allegedly putting his hands inside the victim's shorts and
penetrating her genital area.

He was charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, 4th degree and 2nd degree custodial interference.
