Duo arrested for rape

Guam - Antonio Augustino, 18, and K2 Inchiro, 26, pleaded not guilty in court today for their part in an alleged rape case. Amagistrate's complaint states the pair allegedly agreed they would engage in the sexual act.

Court documents state Augustino and Inchiro allegedly restrained the lone victim and threatened her before allegedly having sex. Augustino faces charges of conspiracy to commit 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct and criminal intimidation, while Inchiro was charged with assault with the intent to commit sexual conduct and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Both face additional charges of unlawful restraint and assault.
