Minor turns in man accused of molestation

Guam - 27-year-old Jerson Gilbert Blas was arrested for allegedly sexually molesting an 8-year-old minor. A magistrate's complaint states sometime between November and December 2009, Blas allegedly entered the victim's room, pulled her clothes off and had sex with the minor. 

The minor told police that Blas allegedly told her not to say anything or he would spank her. Court documents state Blas denied the allegations. He was booked and confined on 1st degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony.
