Guam - If you've got something to say about the island's growing stray dog population, then you may want to attend a roundtable meeting at the Guam Legislature Thursday morning where this very topic will be up for discussion. Each year the Department of Agriculture's Animal Control Division catches between 4,000 and 5,000 stray dogs.

Just last week territorial veterinarian Dr. Tom Poole recommended that dangerous canines that have attacked people and continuously manage to evade animal control should be shot with a small caliber.

Tomorrow's discussion is scheduled for 10 in the morning at the Legislature.
