Kids allegedly behind Astumbo vandalism

Guam - Three minors were taken into custody and charged in the weekend break-in and vandalism that occurred at Astumbo Middle School. The new campus was trashed forcing its early closure on Monday. In all, 18 classrooms, 3 faculty lounges and eight officers were vandalized.
According to Police Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia, the three suspects were between the ages 12 to 14 and were charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, crimes against the community, and criminal mischief.
All 3 minors were confined at the Department of Youth Affairs.
