Man admits to intending to sell Ice

Guam - Joshua Jerome Hadley was placed behind bars after he was caught in possession of Ice, which he told police he intended to sell. A police officer noticed Hadley sitting in his car and when he approached the vehicle he noticed him holding a plastic straw that appeared to contain the drug. 

After obtaining consent Hadley admitted that he was transferring the Ice to another straw so he could sell it. Officers also found a pouch containing Zip-Lock baggies, three sealed straw tips, a lighter and a pair of scissors. Hadley faces a charge of possession of a schedule ii controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
