GovGuam staffers get 'Hafa Adai' directive

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo is mandating the entire government to step up their customer service. For example, he is directing that employees answer the phones by saying "Hafa Adai" and answer within four rings.

Likewise the governor plans to implement a customer service hotline at 475-GUAM (4826).
