Lawmakers vote on several bills

Guam - Lawmakers this afternoon voted on several bills along them legislation that gives control over liberation activities including finances to the Mayors Council of Guam. Bill 53 was also passed; it would allow an individual who is pardoned by the governor for their record to be expunged.

Other measures passed include a bill dealing with the allowing the Department of Education to enter into public/private partnerships for maintenance of facilities.
